Vermont Modelers is primarily involved with radio controlled aircraft but has a site for indoor free flight also. Currently the Club has two outdoor fields, and has use of a gymnasium on several dates in the Winter. Members also gather frequently for Float-fly’s at an area pond.

Brattleboro Area Flyers Club is a RC flying club that fly from a field in Brattleboro, at the Vermont Agriculture Business Education Center. Club also fly off water at the Brattleboro/Vernon Set-back on Rt. 142 in Brattleboro. Club is sanctioned by the Academy of Model Aeronautics.

The Rutland County R/C Flyers club is centered in Rutland Vermont, and is open to anyone interested in remote control aircraft. The club currently has members that fly, giant scale, acrobatic and 3D RC airplanes powered by Nitro, Gas and electric power systems. Club also has a strong group of helicopter pilots.
The club's flying field is located at the Fair Haven municipal airport site and features a 2000’ gravel runway, and a well maintained and manicured 800’x75’ grass takeoff and landing area.
The Fair Haven Airport is located just off Exit 2 from US Route 4 in Fair Haven, VT.
