R/C Outlaws RC Club

R/C Outlaws RC Club is a family oriented R/C racing club that strives to have fun. Club has a competition level outdoor offroad dirt RC racing facility located at Glidden Park in Collinsville Illinois. The track offers many challenging features for beginners and pros alike.

Racing is held May through October, and consists of both Gas and Electric racing. The most popular classes are: 1/8 Scale Gas Buggy (Expert and Sportsman), 1/8 Scale Gas Truck, Monster Truck, 1/10 Scale (Electric and Gas), and more.

Big Bill's RC Raceway

Big Bill's RC Raceway outdoor oval clay track has a 20' wide lane and is 120' long X 80' across. Driveline is 260 feet. RC electric sprints, RC electric 4WD sedans, RC electric 2WD Trucks, RC electric 2WD late model cars, nitro classes including RC nitro sprints, RC nitro 2WD stadium trucks, RC east coast modified nitro and RC 1/8th scale buggy that must be 4WD with latemodel body.

Machesney Park Raceway

Machesney Park Raceway is an outdoor paved oval RC race track located in Machesney Park, Illinois. Track specifications: Run Line: 325 feet, Lane with: 25 feet, Degree of banking: 7 Degrees in the straights, and 17 in the turns.

Outback R/C Raceway

Outback R/C Raceway is a private RC track but on scheduled Sundays, racers are invited to bring their electric R/C racing gear (sorry, no nitro-power) to Bob's backyard Outback R/C Raceway. Not a business in any way, Outback R/C Raceway is a dirt R/C race track.

Open practice starts at 9:00 AM, with qualifying races starting at 11:00 AM. It is always wise to bring tables, chairs, and spare parts. There is no on-site hobby shop, there is electric power, an outhouse, and water for the track.

There is a driver's stand to hold ten drivers at the same time. The track has around 400 feet on the driving line. Lanes are divided by plastic drainage pipe. Outback R/C Raceway uses the iLap scoring system and house transponders are available. Se track website for further details.

Monee RC Raceway

Monee RC Raceway indoor dirt oval scale model racing facilities, the Monee RC Raceway features a 240-foot smooth, banked clay track surface with abundant pit space, AMB automated computerized scoring and a large driver's stand.

Pioneers in scale model and radio controlled racing, Roy and Roberta Moody have built one of the most stable racing facilities in the country. Having celebrated its 20th year in existence, the Monee Raceway has played host to every 1/8th scale gas Sprint Car Nationals in the last decade, plus many popular local gas and electric events.

Current race structure include 1/8th and 1/10th scale gas classes, plus 1/10 electric. Practice nights include both gas and electric cars.

RiverCity RC Raceway

RiverCity RC Raceway track is located in the Detweiler Park Golf & Marina Area just off of Rt 29. Outdoor offroad dirt and clay oval RC race tracks. See website for race rules and race schedules.

Race Em RC

Race Em RC offers both indoor (electric) off road dirt racing, outdoor (electric/nitro) off road dirt racing during non winter months. The facilities include a rock crawling course, RC truck pulls, RC Hill drags and a crawling trail will be opening soon. RC races are held every Friday night and Sunday during the day. Practice is open Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday. Many special races are held during the year, visit the Race Em RC website for event schedule. The track is run by a NFP and Z&M Hobbies is located on site.

Stews Xtreme RC Racing

Stews Xtreme RC Racing facility features multiple RC race tracks: 60X150 Indoor RC Track, 200 X 100 Outdoor Offroad RC Track, and 200X75 outdoor dirt oval RC track.

The Track at Harbor Hobbies

The Track at Harbor Hobbies features a 100'x36' RC track with CRC Racing Carpet. Scoring and Timing with AMBrc3 and Rc Scoring Pro software.
