Dorchester Dragway

Greer Dragway

Greer Dragway is a 1/8th mile IHRA sanctioned dragstrip located near the city of Greer, South Carolina. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Greer is located between Greenville and Spartanburg in the Northwestern part of the State. After the last race of 2009, the old racing surface and metal guard rails were done away with. Beginning in 2010 Greer Dragway installed a brand new concrete track, walls and new timing equipment.

Darlington Dragway

Carolina Dragway, Inc.

Carolina Dragway is a 1/4 mile facility located in Jackson, South Carolina sanctioned by IHRA with a strong schedule of yearly events. Carolina was built in 1957 by Junior Steed and family as Jackson Dragstrip to ease the ever growing problem of street racing.

Fast forward to 1985, Jackson Dragstrip was purchased by Jeff Miles Sr. and renamed Carolina Dragway. 1986 brought the first major improvement to the facility since it's inception. Concrete walls, new control tower, permanent restrooms and paved pit parking were just a few of the improvements made. Since 1986 over 3 million dollars has been spent to bring Carolina Dragway to "state of the art" status with improvements planned each and every year.

With an elevation of 271 feet and a full 1/8 mile of Concrete, Carolina Dragway rewrites the record books for every sanctioned event that visits the facility each year. With Compulink Timing system, Score Boards, Dial In Boards, and a Musco lighting system, your experience at Carolina Dragway is sure to be a great time for the whole family.

Pageland Dragway

Pageland Dragway is an 1/8 mile IHRA Division-2 race track.

Orangeburg Dragstrip

Orangeburg Dragstrip is a 1/8 mile IHRA Sanctioned dragstrip. Orangeburg Dragstrip provides multiple drag race classes and race series. See Orangeburg Dragstrip website for race schedule.

Bowman Dragway - Dwayne's World Fast Track

Bowman 1/8 mile dragstrip is located approximately 3 miles off I-26 between Charleston and Columbia South Carolina. The track sits on 70 acres and is 1920 ft long 40 ft wide with a seating capacity of almost 1600 spectators. The track is bounded by a concrete barrier wall to insure spectators and participant safety. Time is measured by an ETS Timing Sysytem. There are concessions on both sides of the track. Security is provided by Orangeburg County Sheriff Department.
